Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Account Manager to work with enterprise EdTech ISV customers, driving growth and innovation across accounts. You will build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and develop strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets.
This role requires combining sales and technical depth to transform education using AI and cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on customer obsession and action.

Our EdTech ISV sales team supports the largest and most impactful Education Technology companies in the world as they strive to transform learning experiences and outcomes through application of AI and emerging technologies. We are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with a named set of enterprise EdTech ISV customers to drive growth and innovation with them. You will be responsible for establishing and fostering relationships, while generating and launching new opportunities across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong bias for action, customer obsession, and a track record of consistently delivering results. This individual should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to earn trust at the CXO level, various business stakeholders (Product, Finance, etc.), as well as with software developers, engineers, and IT architects. Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C-suite executives to engineering, product management, and sales. Success in this role requires creative systems thinking and the ability to build relationships throughout the account. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
