Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Active RN license in good standing. Maintain licensure throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through assessment and care plan revisions as patient condition changes.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
