Candidates must hold a technical Bachelor's or higher degree, have 3+ years in multi-discipline project management, and be eligible for a U.S.

security clearance; EVM experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years in multi-discipline engineering project management.
• Lead level: 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Schedule and risk management experience.
• Proven project/program management skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience interacting with business partners and customers.
• Knowledge of Boeing design, release, and certification procedures.
• Knowledge of CMPro and BORIS tools.
• Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management.
• Experience with various project management lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills.
• EVM certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering leadership and integration across IPTs (Mission Systems, Air Vehicle, Product Support).
• Develop SOW to meet R&D and business needs.
• Review ECRs with MS, AV, PS impacts.
• Coordinate supplier interface across disciplines (EDI, Structures, Mechanical).
• Support requirement decomposition for AV teams and CPWS coordination.
• Coordinate F/TMARR readiness for AV teams.
• Drive integration between AV and supporting teams.
• Develop proposals and ensure BOEs/EAC technical scope is integrated.
• Support supplier design reviews.
• Decompose requirements for systems and sub-systems across disciplines.
• Collaborate with customers and management to obtain approvals.
• Respond to SOW changes, assess impact, and negotiate modifications to deliverables/resources/costs/schedules.
• Lead project execution to complete the work statement.
• Identify performance metrics.
• Plan resources and risk mitigation across the life of the project.
• Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.
• Compare actual results to baselines and capture lessons learned.
• Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project plans.
• Work under minimal direction.
