Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Vice President of Watches and Jewelry Sales Operations to lead NA sales operations for retail and wholesale channels. You will oversee product distribution, logistics coordination, and transformation initiatives to support commercial performance and exceptional client experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in sales operations or supply chain, and strong analytics with BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Proven success leading teams and partnering across global, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-focused capabilities; experience with business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics.
• SAP proficiency; experience with Looker, Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate, or Pega is valued.
• Experience in luxury, watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods is preferred.

• Lead and optimize distribution flows, order coordination, back orders, consignments, buybacks, returns, and product allocation.
• Coordinate product logistics among distribution centers, boutiques, external partners, and clients, and monitor delivery and logistics performance.
• Oversee stock rebalancing, purchase orders, product launches, fulfillment, and resolution of inventory and delivery claims.
• Standardize processes, expand automation, develop dashboards and KPIs, and lead continuous improvement and change adoption.
