A leading financial institution is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join its Pricing Models & Business Managed Tools team. This team partners closely with business leaders across global markets and asset classes, serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders including Model Risk, Model Validation, Compliance, Audit, and regional leadership.

This role will focus on building and enhancing the firm’s Pricing Model Governance program. The successful candidate will work with teams across global markets and collaborate with second-line functions such as Model Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk, and Model Validation. The program spans a wide range of asset classes, including Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income (FI), and Equities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and streamline change management processes to accelerate speed-to-market for pricing models while meeting risk and regulatory standards.
• Define and clarify roles and responsibilities across the Three Lines of Defense in collaboration with Model Risk and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement a monitoring framework for pricing model activities, including the development of regular review procedures.
• Partner with second-line functions to assess risks and establish a robust framework for pricing model risk assessment.
• Enhance the firm's Pricing Model Inventory by identifying key attributes and implementing a sustainable maintenance solution (e.g., Confluence or similar platforms).
• Create and document procedures for Issues Management, including the escalation and remediation of operational risk events and regulatory issues tied to pricing models.
• Improve oversight and transparency of third-party-owned or developed pricing models by coordinating with business leaders, vendor managers, and model risk teams.
