Job summary

The Citi group in Tampa seeks a detail-oriented AVP to lead third-party risk initiatives within Markets Operational Risk and Controls. You will manage cross-disciplinary project work across the third-party risk framework, coordinating data collection, contract processes, and policy adherence with business partners.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Operational Risk or related fields, strong communication, and solid project management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operational Risk, Business Controls, Audit, or related within financial services.
• Understanding of Third Party Risk Management principles; regulatory project experience.
• Markets knowledge including Broker Dealers and Market Infrastructure relationships.
• Strong organization to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and ability to collaborate.
• Strong Project Management skills and independent judgment.
• Experience with data analysis tools (MS Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners on findings from control execution.
• Collect data and contract information from the business.
• Serve as the point of contact for third-party management policy requirements.
• Manage end-to-end internal contract creation, submission, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Support uplift activities of internal services across Markets.
• Monitor cross-border data submissions and related activities.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on onboarding progress.
• Follow up with stakeholders to prevent delays and compile data for senior management.
