Revantage Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an AVP, Software & AI Engineer to turn business goals into production-ready AI, data and cloud solutions. This hybrid Dallas, TX role offers a base salary of $127,000 to $170,000 with 401(k) support and time to focus with Productivity Hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software, data, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field required.
• Advanced Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure.
• Hands-on experience building distributed, scalable applications and microservices.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications using Python and Azure.
• Create scalable data pipelines and data products with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and decision-making.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into architecture and implementation plans.
• Build APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications that support enterprise platforms.
• Drive best practices across software development, including testing, security, and DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and align delivery with priorities across stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business leaders and portfolio companies to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
• Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications using Python and Azure
• Create scalable data pipelines and data products leveraging Databricks and Snowflake
• Develop AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and decision-making
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into architecture and implementation plans
• Build APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications that support enterprise platforms
• Drive best practices across software development, including testing, security, and automation
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to align delivery with priorities
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and engineering excellence

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software, data, or platform engineering
• Advanced Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions in Azure
• Hands-on experience building and supporting distributed, scalable applications and microservices
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and serverless computing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data engineering frameworks
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing and analytics platforms
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled applications and solutions
• Familiarity with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and application performance management tools
• Consulting or customer-facing solution delivery experience
• Experience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders
