Alignment Health seeks an experienced AVP to own the enterprise claim payment accuracy agenda. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Payment Integrity, Claim Operations, and Finance to reduce leakage and implement upstream fixes.

You’ll drive root-cause analytics, develop measurable improvements, and communicate risk and value to executive leadership. Strong data, governance, and program leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in health plan claims, payment integrity, transformation, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with end-to-end claim payment processes in a payer environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the enterprise claim payment accuracy strategy and governance.
• Build analytics capability to identify systemic payment defects and upstream fixes.
• Coordinate remediation across Claim Operations, Configuration, Product, Technology, and Finance.
