Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale networks/payments or financial services preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide operational network support for Citi China securities setup and BAU
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet specs
• Respond quickly to high-priority network incidents and escalate as needed
• Serve as SME on Citi network standards for stakeholders and teams
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical components
• Assist project teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery
• Communicate status and impact to relevant teams during incidents
