Responsibilities

• Manage complex Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Professional Liability claims from initial notice through resolution.
• Conduct sophisticated coverage analysis and evaluate claim exposure.

• Manage relationships with defense counsel and other outside resources.
• Lead mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Draft clear, technical coverage correspondence and claim documentation.

Location: Farmington, CT (preferred) | Atlanta | Boston | Chicago | Nashville | New York City | Philadelphia

Salary Range: Up to $140,000 base | Depending on experience and location

The role involves complex claims across areas including:

• Mediation, negotiation, and claim-resolution strategy
