The AVP, Technology and Data will be responsible for developing strategies to support the HR Technology and People Analytics teams. This role will focus on building supporting and enhancing the HR Technology footprint in liaison with HR Digital and Data Teams and enable building a contemporary HR technology stack and best-in-class employee experience.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is 164,200 - 218,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
