Job summary

Richemont Americas in New York City seeks an AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for eight Watch Maisons, partnering with brand teams and Americas region. Based in NYC, reports to the VP FP&A and oversees a team of four analysts to drive planning, forecasting, and performance.

Responsibilities include monthly close, CAPEX governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and collaboration with central brand teams to optimize profit and cash flow; requires strong IFRS knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
10–15 years of FP&A experience in a large multinational environment.
Experience leading and developing a team of varying levels.
Luxury and/or retail sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a four-person FP&A team to deliver accurate financial analysis and guidance.
Oversee monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
Manage CAPEX approvals and governance with brand and region teams.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance across brands.
