WesBanco, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Risk Analyst II to independently administer ERM components, perform risk analyses, and provide governance support.
The role includes second-line reviews, trend identification, and guiding junior ERM staff in risk practices and reporting requirements. This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of banking audit or risk-related experience in second line functions such as enterprise risk management, compliance, operational risk or loan review required.
Experience preparing executive reporting preferred.
The Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Risk Analyst II independently administers assigned components of the enterprise risk management framework and performs risk analysis, monitoring, reporting, and governance activities. The position evaluates risk information, performs 2nd line reviews of assigned risk processes, identifies emerging risks and trends, and develops recommendations for management. The Analyst II serves as a developing subject matter expert in assigned ERM disciplines and provides guidance to business units and junior ERM staff regarding risk management practices, methodologies, and reporting requirements.

The wage range for the AVP, Enterprise Risk Management Analyst II position is $90 ,000 - $95,000 annually. The position includes 22 days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays and 1 float holiday .
