Job summary

L’Oréal in New York seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead Cybersecurity Platforms and Risk Management. You will orchestrate cybersecurity posture across Operations, Finance, R&I, and HR platforms, guiding a global team across the Americas.

You will report to the CISO Americas, shape security strategy, mentor leaders, and partner with Group CISOs to drive security transformation in a large, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Senior cybersecurity leadership experience with global/zone scope.
• Ability to manage and develop multi-layered teams of experts.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives and boards.
• CISSP certification is a MUST.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform-wide cybersecurity strategy and risk management across Operations, Finance, Corporate/HR, R&I, O+O.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Cybersecurity Leadership team.
• Partner with Group CISOs and function leaders to drive security transformation.
• Influence executive leadership and secure support for critical initiatives.
• Oversee risk governance, third-party risk, and cyber resilience programs.
• Drive cyber awareness and governance across the organization.
