Job Description
- E2E manage CME design principal and policy, Solution and BoQ Management including budget management.
- Ensure Site CME is as per design principal (Power Capacity, Site space requirement, Site Cooling requirement and Power Requirement).
- Perform analysis, design and solution for every program and initiatives (CME Program, RAN and Transport program and initiative) and alignment with SEC review in every Program.
- Perform as Contact Point for any issue related to the technical CME in division RAN – Transport planning engineering.
- Manage and lead CME activity related to design and solution, and any escalation from other domain related to technical design.
- Work closely with CME VP for any obstacle/escalation in daily planning task.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) graduate from reputable university with major in Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 7-10 years of experience.
- Solid work experience in the telecommunication infrastructure industry in planning/Project/Operation, have good knowledge of Rectifier system, Battery, Monitoring System, Generator, cooling system and all telco related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of/experience in analysis and alignment of end-to-end design solution in area CME.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Have good management skills, have a leadership capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with Open minded for any new technology.
- Sense of ownership and pro-activeness.
- Be able to select methods, specify materials, and determine technical requirements to meet performance specifications to decide one best solution.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle escalation from region/circle teams.
