Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Applications Development Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations & Technology team on a hybrid schedule. You will lead BI development, overseeing Tableau dashboards from design to deployment, and partner with offshore teams in India.

The role emphasizes data visualization, performance optimization, and the use of Generative AI/LLMs to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ Banking tech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in applications development or BI.
• Strong Tableau expertise required; Power BI or MicroStrategy a plus.
• Proficient SQL, data modeling, and data source connections.
• Experience with Python or R and Big Data technologies.
• Familiarity with API platforms (Starburst) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI development with Tableau dashboards from design to deployment.
• Design insightful visualizations and optimize dashboard performance.
• Collaborate with offshore team in India and cross-functional partners.
• Explore Generative AI/LLMs to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Plan, estimate, and manage development projects and risk.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support business users.
