Job summary
Arch Capital Group Ltd. is looking for an AVP AI Engineering / Senior Agentic Software Engineer to lead multi-agent systems within Strategic Analytics. The role includes designing orchestration patterns and delivering AI-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive software engineering experience and a strong background in Python.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 – $235,000 based on qualifications and location, along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering and/or automation engineering experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience building production-grade multi-agent systems.
- Strong track record of shipping AI or automation products.
- Strong Python experience with API development.
- Experience with at least one agentic framework.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Lead delivery of agentic underwriting and claims automations.
- Partner with teams on orchestration entry-point design.
- Lead offshore engineers on agentic patterns.
- Establish coding and observability standards.
