Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity or engineering leadership, including SaaS cloud-native environments.
• Proven track record leading incident response, cloud security, or DevSecOps at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable, AI-enabled Security Operations Center (SOC) with defined KPIs like MTTD and MTTR.
• Advance adoption of AI and automation to sharpen detection and scale coverage.
• Own design of enterprise security systems including zero trust architecture and network segmentation; oversee red/blue team activities.
• Lead vulnerability management programs with prioritization and release gates tied to business risk.
• Set the function's vision, strategy, roadmap, and budget; develop future leaders and a strong security leadership bench.
• Act as escalation point for high-severity security issues and align security investments with growth and innovation goals.
