Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions, to lead the design and delivery of AI initiatives for healthcare clients. You will guide small engagements, design cloud and hybrid data architectures, and align technical work with business goals across distributed teams.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, drive proposals, coach junior practitioners, and help grow the practice, with potential to travel up to 50% and participate in an incentive program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Provider organizations.
• 6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms and delivering full solution lifecycles.
• Cloud and on-premises data landscape across major platforms and tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams in large data transformations for Healthcare clients.
• Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures and migrations.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business objectives.
• Oversee quality of deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery.
• Support practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and mentoring juniors.
