Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of fundraising or non-profit experience.
• Experience in major gifts and planned giving.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a donor portfolio to cultivate relationships with alumni and friends.
• Solicit major and planned gifts of $25,000+ for campaigns and capital projects.
• Provide leadership and supervision of development staff through coaching and meetings.
• Set short- and long-term goals for the major gifts team.
• Oversee growth of the planned-giving program in coordination with leadership.
