Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an AVP Actuary, PRT Pricing Operations and Post Sale Management to lead the pricing and operational evolution of our PRT program across multiple offices. You will partner with Legal, Finance, SEI, and Technology to drive growth and profitability.

You will oversee post-sale pricing, repricing activities, and governance, while mentoring a team of pricing actuaries in a matrixed environment. A strong actuarial background and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior actuarial leadership experience required.
• Experience in Pension Risk Transfer pricing.
• Strong collaboration with business, legal, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end post-sale pricing and management of PRT transactions.
• Define pricing governance, methodologies, tools, and controls as processes mature.
• Provide technical pricing guidance and mentorship to pricing actuaries.
