The AVP and Actuary is responsible for owning the Insurance Risk Economic Capital (EC) framework and overseeing actuarial assumptions, with responsibility for reporting, planning, methodology, and ongoing evolution of capabilities across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of EC processes from manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows to automated, scalable, and insight-driven capabilities, while ensuring strong governance, transparency, and control. In parallel, the role will provide independent review and challenge of actuarial assumptions, including increasing use of AI and advanced analytics in assumption setting. Over time, this role will play a key part in repositioning Insurance Risk for an AI-enabled environment, strengthening how experiences and emerging risks are translated into business decisions.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $165,000 to $218,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
