Mather Headquarters, based in Evanston, IL, seeks an accomplished AVP, Acquisitions & Development to identify and advance opportunities for new communities, expansions, and partnerships. You will work with leadership across underwriting, finance, design and construction to build sound business cases and move opportunities from screening to closing.

The role requires 10–15 years in real estate and advanced financial modeling, with a track record in capital markets, lending, and complex

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
10–15 years in real estate acquisitions, development, investment, capital markets, lending, underwriting or related.
Proven experience leading complex underwriting, due diligence and financing.

Mansioni

Build and manage acquisition/development pipeline for senior living communities and partnerships.
Conduct market analyses and translate findings into investment recommendations.
Coordinate financial underwriting, pro forma cash flows, valuations, and investment returns for leadership and committees.
Coordinate comprehensive due diligence across financial, operational, regulatory, and legal workstreams.
Align feasibility and phasing with market demand and operating objectives.
Develop capital-stack strategies and funding sources for opportunities.
Support negotiation of financing and transaction documents with partners and lenders.
Prepare investment memoranda and updates for boards and committees.
