Job summary
Fresh Tech Integrated in Pittsburgh is looking for a full-time Level 1 Installation Technician. Candidates should have AVL installation experience and be ready to handle diverse challenges in houses of worship. Responsibilities include installing audio, video, and networking systems, troubleshooting, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality outcomes. Preferred candidates should also possess knowledge of AVL platforms. This position emphasizes flexibility and quick learning in a supportive environment. Benefits include medical, vision, and PTO.
Qualifications
Experience in AVL installation from integrator or church AV team.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Must be detail-oriented and possess time management skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Responsibilities
Install AVL systems in houses of worship.
Pull and terminate AVL and networking cables.
Mount and install AV equipment.
Participate in prep work for equipment setup.
Perform basic system checkout and troubleshooting.
Support on-site and remote client systems.
Skills
AVL installation experience
Ability to read system drawings
Knowledge of signal flow fundamentals

Tools
AVIXA CTS or CTS-I Certification
