Job summary

Aeroteams is hiring Avionics Mechanics for work in Wilmington, OH. Projects start August 3, with interviews held now. You will work on the FQIS mod, replacing wire segments to prevent corrosion and ensure proper electrical grounding.

Qualified candidates will interpret wiring diagrams, follow SWPM/AMM, and comply with EWIS standards. Pay is $3,600 per week, plus a $400 quality bonus after project completion if quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience performing aircraft wiring modifications and installations.
• Skilled in wire splicing, repair, and termination techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Familiar with SWPM and AMM.
• Knowledge of EWIS requirements and fuel system safety.

Responsibilities

• Work on the FQIS mod - Fuel Quantity Wire Separation Mod.
• Replace FQIS wire segments to prevent corrosion and maintain grounding.
• Install shielded and twisted-pair wiring as required.
• Conduct continuity and insulation resistance checks.
• Follow Engineering Orders (EOs) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for compliance.
