Job summary

Cutter Aviation in Broomfield, CO is seeking an Avionics Technician to support the Avionics Supervisor by performing routine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations of aircraft systems in accordance with FAA and manufacturer instructions. The role requires attention to safety, adherence to 14 CFR Part 43, and precise documentation.

Candidates should have A&P preferred, FCC license optional, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

A&P Certificate preferred.
FCC License optional.
Two or more years related experience and/or training.
Strong understanding of 145 repair station operations/regulations.
Two or more years demonstrated experience in aircraft avionics installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

Ensure repairs are performed by approved methods in accordance with manufacturer specs and FAA regulations.
Coordinate shop activities to minimize delays and increase efficiency.
Comply with 14 CFR Part 43 and repair station instructions.
protect parts and assemblies from damage during maintenance.
Complete repair station forms accurately.
Maintain clean, orderly work areas and proper tool handling.
