  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in jet, turboprop, or piston aircraft.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems and associated electricals.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex avionics and aircraft electrical issues.
  • Perform installations, modifications, and repairs per manufacturer specifications.
  • Read wiring diagrams and manuals, document maintenance accurately.
  • Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality throughout maintenance tasks.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and performance of a diverse aircraft fleet while working alongside a skilled team. Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems, including communication, navigation, and autopilot equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex avionics and aircraft electrical system issues.
  • Perform avionics installations, modifications, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct precision soldering and electrical component repairs.
  • Operate specialized test and diagnostic equipment to perform accurate maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze flight test data and verify proper avionics system performance.
  • Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation for all work performed.
  • Follow established safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues and share knowledge and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior avionics technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and internal teams regarding aircraft maintenance and technical concerns.
Requirements
  • A&P License preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience with jet, turboprop, or piston aircraft, preferably in an MRO environment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing avionics and aircraft electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of avionics technology, aircraft electrical systems, and aviation safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to operational requirements as needed.
  • Competitive pay of $30.00–$50.00 per hour, plus overtime and shift premiums.
