Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions seeks an Avionics Systems Technician for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will support the development, integration, and testing of aircraft avionics and flight-control systems, including cable routing, harness fabrication, soldering, crimping, and electrical troubleshooting onsite in Stratford, CT.

This is a 12-month contract with potential extensions, a W-2 position offering health benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years as Avionics Systems Technician.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with flight aircraft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, design, integration and test of avionics/flight control systems including electronics, cable routing, harness fabrication and soldering.
• Experience with crimpers, multimeters and wire stripping tools is required.
• Analyzes designs to ensure functionality, safety and cost considerations.

Job description

We are looking for Avionics Systems Technician for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will Support the development, integration, and testing of aircraft avionics and flight-control systems, including cable routing, wire harness fabrication, soldering, crimping, and electrical troubleshooting using tools such as multimeters and wire strippers.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week and this is an Onsite role in Stratford, CT.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, design, integration and test function of Instrumentation, Avionics/flight control systems, including electronics , cable routing, harness fabrication and soldering.
• Experience working on flight aircraft preferred. Experience working with crimpers, multimeters and wire stripping tools is required.
• Analyzes product/system designs, applying knowledge of technology and materials to ensure a design that considers functionality, appearance, availability, safety and cost.
