Job summary

Gilat Stellar Blu is seeking a Systems IV&V Engineer for our Avionics division to support integration, verification, and validation of certified avionics products. You will work with senior engineers to perform testing, trace requirements, troubleshoot, document, and support certification activities.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and compliance, with a base salary range and the opportunity to influence aerospace digital connectivity programs across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in systems engineering, avionics, or related technical environments.
• Knowledge of verification and validation principles and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with avionics hardware/software integration and lab testing.
• Experience with Linux/Windows and common engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and cases.
• Translate requirements into verification activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting during integration and testing.
• Support certification and compliance efforts and traceability.
• Maintain verification records, results, and reports.
• Contribute to automation, lab infra, and process improvements.
• Collaborate across systems, hardware, software, and programs.
• Follow engineering standards and safety practices.
