Job summary

Qualifications

• S. degree in electronics or equivalent military/technical trade experience
• Minimum 1 year of electronic experience (avionics preferred)

Responsibilities

• Inspects and tests electronic aircraft components on communication, navigation and flight control systems.
• Operates test equipment to monitor and simulate data transmissions (ARINC 429, CSDB signals, CAN).
• Documents test results via acceptance test reports ensuring complete testing documentation.
• Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs basic repairs of defective components.
• Participates in client and FAA audits as necessary.
• Uses dedicated testing software with strong computer knowledge.
