Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is looking for an Avionics Mechanical Design Engineer based in Seattle, WA, to design and analyze avionics enclosures that ensure the safety of electronic systems in spacecraft. You will develop designs that shield critical electronics from environmental extremes and support testing to validate your solutions. Candidates should have a B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience with strong 3D CAD skills. This opportunity reports to the Spacecraft Avionics section inside of the Blue National Security business unit. As part of a growing, hardworking, and curious team of design engineers, you'll be deployed to programs that shape the future of Blue Origin.**The Mission**At Blue Origin, we're sending humans to space on vehicles you help design. Your avionics enclosures will protect the critical electronic systems that keep our spacecraft flying safely, from launch through mission completion.**Your Impact**As our Avionics Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll create the protective systems for the "brain" of our spacecraft.
