Job summary

Saddle Butte Systems, LLC seeks a logistics support specialist to assist PMA-265 within the Avionics IPT. You will deliver integrated logistics, COMSEC accountability, and coordination across avionics subsystems for the F/A-18 program.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PMA-265 or other NAVAIR PMAs.
• Familiarity with the F/A-18 platform, avionics architecture, or sustainment processes.
• Experience with avionics products such as MIDS, ARC-210, SATCOM, AMS/ACI, GEN5/GEN6 radios, or COMSEC hardware.
• Knowledge of ECP and TD processes.
• Active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inbound/outbound COMSEC terminals and avionics assets with accountability and compliance.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, including ECPs, TDs, and leadership materials.
• Maintain the workload and operations tracker for schedule visibility and milestone adherence.
• Support meetings across the Avionics IPT, providing updates and coordinating inputs.
• Execute daily tasks supporting the DAPML, including logistics coordination and data collection.
• Coordinate with engineers and product leads to align changes with sustainment impacts.
• Support IPS elements including configuration management, readiness reporting, and supply coordination.
• Track risks, issues, and actions with dashboards and leadership summaries.
• Prepare status briefs, readiness summaries, asset trackers, and IPT logs.
• Provide acquisition, sustainment, and milestone support including reviews and contracting coordination.
