Responsibilities
- Lead advanced avionics troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and modification using FAA procedures and docs
- Perform final system testing, ensure FCC compliance, sign logbook releases
- Conduct in-flight diagnostics and validate system performance with pilots as needed
- Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates through complex issues
- Collaborate with customers to explain discrepancies and resolve concerns
- Interpret aircraft orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and SBs for precise work
