Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with aircraft avionics or electrical systems.
• Experience with wiring and electrical harness installation.
• Experience with wire/cable termination, crimping, and soldering.
• Experience in continuity testing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ability to work on or inside aircraft and perform physical production activities.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical harnesses, wires, cables, and avionics components on F-16 aircraft.
• Route and secure aircraft wiring and cables according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform wire/cable termination, crimping, connector installation, and soldering.
• Perform continuity testing and operational checks.Troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical and avionics systems.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, work overhead, and work on or inside aircraft. Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. is required.
