Job summary

RTX in College Park, GA seeks an Avionics Electronics Technician to test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic avionics equipment per standards. 2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM; onsite at College Park facility.

Operate precision test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators), analyze circuitry, and perform repairs per official docs and SBs. FAA safety rules apply.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years in electronics maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics equipment required.
• This position is safety sensitive per FAA guidelines; drug/alcohol testing applicable.
• Onsite role requiring US citizenship status as specified.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision test equipment for testing of electrical systems.
• Reprogram and adjust equipment to locate faults.
• Repair and modify units per Service Bulletins and specs.
• Perform functional tests to verify operation of test stations and components.
