Job summary

The AIRO Group is seeking an experienced Assembler and Solderer to join our team in Phoenix. You will solder electronic components, assemble parts using documented processes, and ensure adherence to quality control standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required are 3+ years in electronics assembly or soldering, strong attention to detail, and good communication with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience assembling electronics and/or soldering class 2.
• Must be able to read and follow assembly instructions precisely.
• Capable of working safely in a warehouse environment with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Completes required soldering activities for assigned orders while maintaining quality.
• Assembles parts using assembly documents and hand tools.
• Documents tasks with quality-control processes.
• Solders parts according to specifications and tolerances.
• Meets daily production rates and goals as required.
