Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer in Fort Worth, TX to contribute to avionics and aircraft electronics development, testing, and certification. You will design PCB modules, analyze analog and digital circuits, and support certification efforts for high-reliability aerospace systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, SPICE simulations, and embedded C programming within a collaborative engineering environment, with first-shift schedule and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with electronic testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of PCB design and layout methodologies.
• Experience using SPICE-based simulation tools.
• Proficiency with the C programming language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, design, testing, and certification of PCB modules for aircraft systems.
• Design and analyze analog and digital circuits for aerospace applications.
• Model and simulate electronic circuits using SPICE-based tools.
• Create and maintain PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Troubleshoot and test avionics and electrical modules with test equipment.
• Develop, modify, and maintain FPGA/CPLD designs.
