Job summary

Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, seeks a Data Integrity Engineer (Avionics Software & Data Analysis) for Patuxent River, MD. The role analyzes avionics software and data systems, supporting navigation and airspace integration capabilities across Navy and allied platforms.

You will perform independent technical analysis of system behavior, data integrity, and software performance while supporting certification efforts and IPT collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field required.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in programming and data analysis with strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze avionics software and data systems focusing on data integrity and algorithm behavior.
• Support certification activities and prepare verification artifacts.
• Develop technical documentation and test plans for government reviews.
• Collaborate in IPTs with engineers, government stakeholders and developers.
• Identify risks and assist in issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
