Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. This on-site role is located at NAVAIR-PAX River, St. Mary's County, MD, requiring daily presence five days a week.

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required. You will collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team, write and test C++ code, review designs, and ensure conformance with contract requirements while working with Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases and Visual Studio.
• BS in engineering or computer science; U.S. citizenship for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, tests, or equipment to ensure conformance with contract requirements.
