Job description

The Training Manager is responsible for leading a team of trainers and ensuring the effective delivery of high-volume, instructor-led and hands‑on operational training across multiple aviation service lines. This position is both strategic and hands‑on—responsible for coaching and developing a small team of trainers while also directly facilitating training when needed.

The Training Manager ensures training programs are delivered consistently across all locations and shifts, supports a safety-driven and operationally ready workforce, and maintains standardized onboarding, compliance, and skills‑based training. The role partners closely with operational leaders to identify training needs, maintain regulatory compliance, and support “Day One Ready” performance across the organization.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving, dynamic airport environments.

Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 annual salary

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
