S&K Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Tools and Parts Attendant to support maintenance operations at Goldsboro, NC. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling tools, parts, and shop supplies, while maintaining precise accountability records and adhering to safety requirements.

The position requires experience in tool control, inventory management, and the ability to work adjusted schedules, including TDY as needed. A DoD/Air Force environment background is preferred.

Formación

• Must have working knowledge of tool/parts accountability, inventory, storage, issue/receipt, and missing-tool control practices.
• Must be able to identify tool/equipment wear or defects and use basic measuring devices when required.
• Must maintain accurate records and secure controlled tools, parts, and equipment.
• Must be able to work adjusted schedules and support TDY as required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, store, issue, and account for tools, measuring devices, replacement parts, shop supplies, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of tools/parts issued, returned, transferred, or otherwise controlled through the tool room.
• Perform assigned inventories and maintain 100% tool accountability IAW Tool Control and FOD requirements.
• Support required start/end-of-shift inventory controls; the same individual will not perform both inventories for the same shift when prohibited by the PWS.
• Initiate/report missing-tool actions and inspect tools/equipment for wear, damage, calibration/status, or other discrepancies.
