Job summary

KBR, through the AFCAP V Program, seeks a Transient Aircraft Services Technician to execute aircraft ground handling and servicing at a designated installation. You will marshal, park, service, turn-around and depart aircraft in support of mission requirements.

This role requires a SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 3–5 years in aviation operations; you will work in austere conditions and support 24/7 operations. Training and qualification maintenance are included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of aviation operations experience.
• Hands-on experience on a flight line or in aircraft ground operations.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ZERO Harm workplace by following flight line safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, and positioning per Technical Orders.
• Execute arrival/departure services including chocking and grounding.
• Conduct aircraft servicing and turnaround tasks to support mission readiness.
• Assist in launch/recovery operations with Supervisors and Airfield Management.
• Inspect and service equipment; track tools and adhere to tool control.
• Participate in FOD prevention and routine flight line inspections.
• Document servicing records, shift logs, and inspection checklists.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support training needs.
