Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in recruitment or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of staffing processes and U.S. employment law.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and partnerships with colleges and trade schools.
• Travel may be required (up to 10-40% for local and long-distance events).
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to expand reach.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to remain competitive.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance recruiting policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.
