Job summary

Tyonek Native Corporation seeks an experienced aviation maintenance supervisor to lead diagnostic and repair work on aviation support equipment in Maryland. The role requires strong knowledge of CNAFINST 4790.2, and extensive maintenance and supervisory experience within Navy AS/SE programs.

You will document activities in NALCOMIS, coordinate with the Senior Maintenance Controller, and supervise contractor SE maintenance actions to meet stringent readiness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a graduate of the Navy AS A or C schools or other military service equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of military aviation supervision.
• Minimum of eight (8) years aircraft maintenance experience at an I level of repair.
• Proficiency in various computer programs required (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise diagnosing, rebuilding, restoration and repair of aviation support equipment.
• Enter maintenance documentation in NALCOMIS.
• Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Controller.
• Supervise all Contractor SE maintenance actions.
• Ensure compliance with CNAFINST 4790.2 and related processes.
