Job summary

AVMAC LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Supply Technician/Expeditor to handle inventory control, storage, cataloging, and property utilization within Navy supply operations. The role focuses on aviation-related logistical needs with attention to accuracy and compliance with FAR and NAVSUP procedures.

Qualifications include five years of aircraft supply experience, completion of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Administration Course and the Data Analysis Course, and knowledge of the Aviation 3M

Qualifications

• Five years’ aircraft supply experience or equivalent.
• Naval Aviation Maintenance Administration Course and Data Analysis Course completed, or military/civilian equivalent.
• Knowledge in the Aviation 3M system and IMRL support actions.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer requisitions, manage material delivery, and ensure compliance with government and FARs.
• Procurement, material handling, and fiscal accounting procedures duties performed efficiently.
• Provide full logistical support—including ordering, expediting, warehousing, and maintenance—with accurate records for aircraft equipment, materials, and financial transactions.
