Job summary

M1 Support Services, LP is seeking a Sheetmetal Specialist to perform major aircraft structural repairs and modifications according to technical data. Responsibilities include inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment for shop and flight line support, and manufacturing aircraft cable and tubing.

The role requires English literacy, two years of relevant experience, and ability to obtain necessary certifications; day, night, or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of aircraft structural repair and drawings/blueprints.
• Must read/write/speak English; able to understand technical data.
• Two years of recent aircraft structural repair experience with specialized courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform major aircraft structural repairs/modifications per data.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment for shop and flight line.
• Repair fiberglass, plastic, honeycomb components and manufacture cables.
• Annotate actions in aircraft records and CAMS docs; maintain tools.
• Coordinate with operations; maintain cleanliness, safety, and FOD awareness.

Skills

Respirator use

Driver's license / CDL

High school diploma or equivalent
