This role offers an annual salary range of $80k to $95k, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. The position is crucial in safeguarding travelers and managing security screening processes effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in aviation security or 3 years as a certified Supervisory TSO.
• Ability to oversee a team of 300+ employees.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage TSA Security Screening Directives at checkpoints.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose process improvements.
• Develop cooperative relationships with airport stakeholders.
