This on-call, part-time role requires availability for weekend and holiday shifts, physical capability to stand for long periods, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• U.S. citizen
• Reliable transportation and telephone access
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Able to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing and random screenings
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance—no facial piercings or visible tattoos
• Must own a cell phone and have an active email account
• Willing to work overtime if required
• Completion of all required Huntleigh and airline training
• Hold a valid NJ State Police SORA license
• Provide a valid driver’s license and a 5-year driving abstract

Responsibilities

• Conduct passenger and baggage screening in compliance with TSA regulations.
• Perform aircraft searches and monitor access to secure areas.
• Identify security threats and respond using screening techniques and equipment.
• Maintain communication with supervisors on security matters.
• Provide travelers with TSA information in a professional manner.
• Verify passenger manifests against watch lists.
• Maintain focus in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
