Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Security Agent at the Denver International Airport in Denver, Colorado. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts and to pass background checks, including FBI fingerprinting where required.

Candidates should meet basic requirements such as a high school diploma and valid driver's license. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with benefits including insurance, 401K with company matching, and paid vacation & holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects airline equipment and checks for any unauthorized items.
• Screens cargo according to customer specifications.
• Performs aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding and gate guarding.
• Observes and monitors unit activity and facility surroundings when not inspecting/validating.
• Reports to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Works shifts including early morning, morning, day, and evening; weekends and holidays as needed.
