Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, have an FAA‑recognized A&P credential or be a recent graduate, and bring a basic set of hand tools. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• A&P license or recent FAA-approved program graduate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in aircraft restoration/maintenance.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer literacy for logging work and tracking parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Technician with structural repairs, component overhauls, and general aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret basic manuals, SRMs, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain records of work performed and prepare logbook entries and discrepancy sheets.
• Monitor shop supplies and ensure safety and cleanliness in the workspace.
